The cottage has been restored according to the ancient construction and the halls already built. La Tina is in the west part of the house (200 m2).We come into the cottage from the garden where we find the community swimming pool.

In this floor we find a drawing room with a fireplace, a TV ( with parabolic antena) and a big sofa. The wooden table is for 18 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic cooker, microwave, diswasher, toaster, squeezer ...and another fireplace. The house has 3 bedrooms. The suite with a double bed (150cm.) and a bathroom with a hydromassage bath. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, 2 basins, a bidé and toilet. One room has 2 single beds, the other room has a double bed (135cm.) and a walk-in wardrobe.

All the rooms have windows with views to the fields and forests.

The cottage has a garden and we find a barbacue and the community swimmimg pool (12x6 ) with a big lawn garden and two centenary olive trees.

The house is delivered with towels, sheets, tablecloth and kitchen equipment
